Hello! I’m Jaen, and I have a deep passion for listening to others and providing a space where people feel comfortable sharing their stories. I truly believe in the healing power of being heard. Helping others find peace, healing, and clarity is something that brings me fulfillment, whether it’s through offering support, lending guidance, or simply being there to listen.
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community and an advocate for both LGBTQ+ rights and individuals with disabilities, I strive to create inclusive, non-judgmental spaces where everyone can feel safe and valued. My experiences have taught me the importance of empathy and acceptance, and I’m committed to supporting those from all walks of life.
I’ve been in therapy for much of my life, and it’s shaped my understanding of the healing process. Therapy has shown me how transformative it can be to have a safe space to express oneself, and I want to offer that same comfort and support to others. I’m currently a senior at a University, working towards a degree in Communication, my goal is to pursue a career in Marriage and Family Therapy. After graduation, I plan to continue my education in grad school to further my journey in helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges.
