Porn addiction

...See more Hello everyone, i have been struggling with porn addiction for some time now. I have stopped for as long as two weeks but can never stop the urge. I struggle with depression and anxiety as well. Whenever I stop it is very difficult but it makes me feel really good. My problem is when I get bored or upset I go back to porn Bc of the rush. It makes me forget about everything temporarily. It also makes me feel so much worse afterwards and I beat myself up over it which leads to another session of pornography. Id like to know how people have successfully stopped there addiction; porn related or not. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
