Hello! I am so glad you are here. You have taken the first step in your own self-care and, for that, you are amazing.
I believe in the healing power of being listened to. I know that the fundamental thought of just being listen to may seem like it isn't very healing, but quite the contrary is true. When you are listened to, you feel: empowered, understood, connected, real, relieved. These are just some of the powerful feelings you might have. I am more than happy and excited to be able to help you on your journey of happiness (whatever it is that that means to you).
