...See more For the past three months, I have injured several hardships that has resulted in CPTSD, in increase of depression and anxiety. I currently have no income, several of my friends have stopped responding to me due to the overwhelming amount of drama and messy situations that they no longer want to engage with me. I don’t know what to do at this point, because I originally thought I hit rock bottom, three months ago, however, things are getting worse every single day. Here’s a breakdown of everything that has happened: June 2025 • Mid-June: experienced memory loss episodes and ongoing health symptoms. • Discovered you were pregnant and informed JJ (my ex) who claimed you were lying and denied responsibility. Claiming I was trying to baby trap him and get money from him. • Relationship with JJ deteriorated further, with repeated emotional distress and betrayal surfacing. • Involved in a shooting incident where you were the one arrested, despite being injured and unwilling to name others involved. • Began dealing with C-PTSD, bruising, and trauma symptoms. ⸻ July 2025 • Arrest in July (literally got shot and arrested on my birthday this year) connected to the firearm incident → pending criminal case. • Lost your job after JJ contacted your employer and pressured them to fire you. • Became disqualified from unemployment benefits because termination wasn’t voluntary. • JJ contacted your landlady to try and get you evicted, spreading damaging statements about you. He has also went out of his way to broadcast my lowest moments, discredit me, and do anything possible to retaliate against me. • Financial collapse: loss of income, stability, and savings (I had to use all my savings to bail myself out of jail and hire a criminal defense attorney). I have been unable to find employment due to everything. • Discovered JJ’s lies, infidelity, and new relationship with Ramona (his new girlfriend that he immediately launched 12 days after we broke up), adding to betrayal. I was discarded when I needed him the most because it was “bad for his image,” and immediately moved on. • Ongoing health struggles and recovery from injuries. ⸻ August 2025 • Struggled with family conflict, including threats of being disowned due to pregnancy out of wedlock and your arrest. • Articles and social media exposure made it harder to secure new work. • Ongoing legal preparations for DVRO (domestic violence restraining order) hearing. • Continued pregnancy challenges while isolated, with no partner, friend, or family support. • Felt abandoned and betrayed as JJ built a new life publicly while you faced fallout. ⸻ September 2025 • September 3: received a call from JJ’s number, unclear in motive, advised not to respond. I reached out to his mother in hopes of seeking support since I have no one, but she instead sent my message to JJ who then used it against me in court. • Early September: attended DVRO hearing filed by JJ → restraining order was granted against you. • During hearing, you were pressured to testify about the firearm criminal case, giving statements inconsistent with the police report. None of my evidence was seen by the judge, and he granted the order in JJ’s favour solely based on the criminal matter case. • This created additional legal risk, as your testimony could be used in the criminal matter. • Your lawyer later confirmed you had weakened your criminal defense by proceeding against advice. • Struggling with appeal options, but limited legal help/resources available. • Increasing feelings of isolation, hopelessness, and despair as JJ celebrated with Ramona, posting publicly where he calls her the new “love of his life” while both of them laughing and making fun of me.
