I live on the south coast of England, with my son and two 🐶 I was diagnosed with ASD (autism) when I was 40, also have OCD and recently been diagnosed with ADHD, I have experienced Sleep paralysis throughout my life and have experienced what some call ‘ Astral projection’

I’ve just completed my level 2 mental health awareness qualification, and am currently working on other mental health and neurodevelopment disorder qualifications, as well as a counselling one too.

I have struggled with anxiety all my life but am now in a position, where I feel I’m ready to help others, who are struggling with similar issues. I consider myself to be a kind and decent person, and I just want to help other people, who just may need someone to talk with.

 I’m often told that I’m a good listener, which is what has bought me to 7cups, as I feel I have something to give which may help others. I don’t have lived experience with eating disorders or Schizophrenia but I’m happy to listen to anyone that struggles with these issues, and I’ll always do my best to be there for someone that needs a listener.
