Hi! I'm Jasmine and I want you to know that I'm here for you. Regardless of what you're struggling with, feel free to send me a message and I'll do whatever I can to help you, simply listening, or just giving you the opportunity to vent your feelings and frustrations. If I'm offline or busy and you'd like to connect at a later time just message me and let me know so we can set up a time to talk when we're both available! I have personal experience with depression, anxiety, eating disorders (diagnosed EDNOS, but primarily bulimia with anorexic tendencies), self-harm, ADD, family stress, and experience dealing with the struggles faced when in the process of losing, or having lost, a loved one.
I have a history with anxiety, depression, ADD, eating disorder not otherwise specified, and self-harm. Having been diagnosed with most of these eight years ago, though I was definitely struggling with them prior to being diagnosed, I've had a lot of help and support from people and I want to offer my support to you, as well. Having a support system is so important when you're struggling with things of this nature and no one deserves to face these struggles alone. Don't be afraid to ask for help and don't be ashamed of needing help either. I want you to remember that when you feel as though no one cares, I truly and honestly do care about you and what you're going through. I want to be there for you, I want to be a shoulder to cry on or a friend to help you see that there is still hope, just as others have been there for me. We're all here for you no matter what!

I want to leave you with this quote that has always been a great help to me and a reminder that even in the darkest moments, everything is going to be okay.
"I know that there are times when you feel like you’re too much. Times when you wonder whether people would be better off without you in their lives. Times when you wonder whether you would be better off if you were someone different. Someone less intrusive. Less sensitive. Less vocal. Someone more acceptable. More tolerable. Someone easier. I understand that it’s so hard to drown out the voice telling you that there’s something wrong with who you are, but I need you to trust that you aren’t too much. I need you to trust that you deserve to be here. You don’t ever have to shrink or disappear for the sake of anyone else. You’re allowed to be immense and loud and open. You’re allowed to be unpalatable and unapologetic and uneasily defined. You’re allowed to use your voice and speak your truth. And more than anything, you’re allowed to take up space. Not despite who you are, but because of it. Because even though you might not always be able to see it, you have so many wonderful things to contribute to this world. Because you exist and therefore, you matter. Even when you’re struggling. Even when you’re difficult. Even when some people find you to be too much — you’re enough and you matter."
