Hi, I'm Jason!

Every day there are millions of significant events in the world: deaths, births, marriages, divorces/breakups, abuse, buying a house, losing a house, trauma, fired from a job, got a new job, health issues, etc. But for the people involved the events may be new or rare, and it can sometimes be stressful, painful, overwhelming, etc trying to navigate it.

I want to do what I can to help you feel less alone and isolated, and help you understand that there's an empathetic and active listener who is in your corner. Reaching out isn't always easy, and I'm proud of you for taking this step!
