...See more I'm going somewhere with freinds and I have to wear a bikini top, but of course I have these bumps on my stomach. Any ideas of how to explain them away when the inevitable question arises? They are not red enough to be bug bites and Im not sure if they look like birth marks

...See more Whelp. Of course. Again. Another relapse. I don't even think I counted the days this time. Less than a month maybe? I'm back to counting the hours. 5 hours right now. Five and counting. I have to remember that part. There is stil hope when we feel its all gone. There will be times when we are strong and times when we are weak and we just have to push past the weak times and not let it get to us. I know that. It's just getting a little harder everyday

...See more I was almost 29 days clean. And I did it again and I'm just so disappointed in myself. I don't know what came over me. I don't really know why I did it other than I was stressed and feel back to old habits. I just wish I had someone real to talk to who would comfort me and who would protecg me from myself
