It was a difficult thing for me to talk about, specially since I was still very upset about what happened, but Jay kept me focused and even had some helpful tips despite my (I think) unusual situation. Thank you Jay!

I am new to 7 cups and have talked to 4 different listeners. So far Jay has been the most empathetic and helpful. He (I'm assuming he's a he, but if I'm wrong I'm sorry Jay!) is an active listener and you don't feel like he is telling you robotic, unspecific, responses. Thank you Jay!
