Hi I'm Jazz!

I'm mostly here, figuring out things on my journey of improving my mental health!

But I also am very interested in Therapy in general and would like to practice listening to people and giving advice! I'm not a professional at all, I just like to help!

I'm a pretty happy and thoughtful person in general. And one of my biggest problems is dealing with quiet and stillness. So I think being a bit social will help with that! ð¥°

...See more A journey of happiness despite everything. I've had a hard life. Been through things nobody should ever go through. But in my life I've always chosen happiness. Being silly and playful and not letting anything break me. I chose to be me. I chose to make silly faces, to sing loudly, to be playfully sassy. To have confidence and charisma. I want most of all to never become a "boring miserable adult" And then one day, I did get broken. And then I went into depression and burnout where I felt like i lost every little bit of me for a few years and I'm still ongoing with it And now I'm seeking therapy and friendship and self generation of energy and im trying to pick up all of my pieces. I'm still me, just softer, quieter. Like a sun that went supernova and burned out. Learning how to rebuild from a smaller flame. I journal and try to get back into art and reading and playing and going out and loving people and everything around me and celebrating my little wins. I'd love friends to share it all with. I'm a very positive and clingy friend who loves sharing and making big deals out of small silly things in a fun way. Anyways I just felt like sharing and also offering my hand out for friendship 🌞

It's very wholesome and also very real and deep and sharing and I want a place to check in and share 💖 I'm also looking for daily chatting friends to share with and think of each other. My sort of friendship might be closer to queer platonic since I really love affection Anyways I'm Jazz! 35F and just a silly childish workaholic who is bubbly and happy but also working through years of burnout.
