I’m a working, married woman with 2 adult children currently at home. Lost my dad in 2017 and spent the next 2 years caring for my Mom who passed away June 2019 from pancreatic cancer.
I’m quite overweight and have been for 15 years or so. Can’t find or foresee joy in any activities anymore. Getting older doesn’t help
