...See more My name is jackie. I have come here to seek help and support for my depression and learn from others in managing my emotions better. Because of my issues of not knowing how to deal with emotions and my depression I ruin every relationship/friendship. My depression gets so bad sometimes that I will stop eating or have impulsive outbursts for no reason.
