𐙚 psychology enthusiast ♡ | aspiring psychologist 🧠

a little about me: Im jenna/jenn a 17 yo old humanities student who loves psychology, meaningful conversations & understanding the little things that make us human. 🌷

i believe everyone has a story worth listening to, even the parts that are difficult to put into words.

☁️ here to listen, not judge.
🫧 a safe little corner for your thoughts, feelings & messy days.
🎧 we can talk about life, emotions, overthinking, or absolutely anything on your mind. Just drop that text 😛

I may not be fully equipped to support conversations about eating disorders, addiction, or other issues requiring specialised knowledge, as I'm still learning about them. I want you to receive the support you truly deserve.

Sometimes I might take a little while to reply, but please don't take it personally. 🤍 You're not being ignored, and your feelings still matter, even if my reply takes a little longer. Thank you for being patient with me. 🫂🌷

you don't have to find the right words; just start wherever you can. ♡

...See more Hey, I don't know what you've been through, how many nights you've spent pretending to be okay, or how much pain you've hidden behind a simple "I'm fine." But I want you to know something: you don't deserve to hurt just because life has hurt you. Maybe you've been carrying things no one your age should have had to carry. Maybe you're tired of being strong, tired of explaining yourself, or tired of feeling everything so deeply. And maybe, for once, you just want the pain to stop. But please, don't give up on yourself just because you're struggling right now. You are not a burden for needing help. You are not weak for breaking down. And you don't have to earn the right to be loved by pretending you're okay. Please be gentle with yourself. Put some distance between yourself and anything you could use to hurt yourself, and reach out to someone you trust. You don't have to explain everything perfectly; even saying, "I'm not okay, and I need someone with me," is enough. I can't promise that tomorrow will be easy, but I hope you'll give yourself the chance to experience days that feel lighter than today. You have spent so much time surviving your pain. You deserve the chance to live beyond it, too. Please stay. Not because you owe the world anything, but because your life matters, even on the days when you struggle to believe it. 🫂❤️‍🩹

...See more To anyone fighting a battle nobody else can see, please be gentle with yourself. 🤍 You don’t have to have everything figured out today. You don’t have to be productive, happy, or strong every single moment. Sometimes, surviving a difficult day is enough. Sometimes, asking for help is the bravest thing you can do. Depression may make the world feel colourless, but that doesn’t mean your story has lost its colours forever. There are still little joys you haven’t met, people you haven’t crossed paths with, and versions of yourself you haven’t had the chance to become. 🌷 You deserve kindness, patience, and support, even on the days when you struggle to give those things to yourself. Please keep reaching out, keep talking, and remember that you don’t have to carry everything alone. One small step at a time, one day at a time. You matter, your feelings matter, and you deserve to be here. 🫂💗
