Hello there, My name is Jennifer I'm 24 year's old and from the United Kingdom. Well I'm really glad you found my profile. I'd love to help you and would be glad to listen to you. The fact your here well it tells me you're a strong person and you want to help yourself. I know that is a hard step to take, But this is the first step to becoming better.


I'm not here to judge anyone, Or disapprove of anything. I'm just here to give you an ear and listen to you and make suggestions. *Please note I cannot give advice* I'm a kind and caring person, And genuinely love being a listener and will be there for anyone who needs someone.


Don't be afraid to chat to me, I'm happy to speak to anyone of all ages (18 and upwards as I'm only an Adult Listener) No matter what you're going through, I'm here to try my best and help you.


I'm a trained listener, And have been verified also. I specialise in Mostly in Eating Disorders, Self Harm, Depression and Anxiety. I do have some expertise in other area's but theese are my main ones. If you suffer with anything else, That I don't have marked on my profile for area of expertise and still wanna chat to me, That is completely fine as I said, I do not judge and would love to be your listener.

...See more I found 7cups when I was feeling really low and down and depressed, I had no one to talk to or turn to that I could even trust. I decided to find some online chat where they're people who can help me through it and I could remain anonymous. As I used to use childline but being to old for that, I could no longer use there services. So I went on to google and typed in "Online chat listener" And boom this site popped up, And I tried it out as a guest, And the Listener who I spoke to really helped me out, And I felt so much better, After a few months, I decided to become a Trained Listner myself.   So yeah that's how I found this site and I'm so glad I did, It really has changed my life, And I hope that I can help people and give them ear :)

Lovely she is great understanding
Jennifer really helped me tonigjt and put me at ease, she didn't make me feel like the questions I was asking were stupid. She is a really good listener and I will deffintley recommend her to anyone such a sweet girl.
