About

Suffering is a doorway that points towards an opportunity for growth. When we turn towards what is difficult rather than resisting it, we find strength and inner/outer resources we hadn't dreamed existed. I am skilled in guiding you towards yourself and your own answers - whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, social isolation, addictions, or other manifestations of emotional pain. There are solutions and we will find them! I look forward to meeting you!

Jennifer was so much help. She truly changed my life. She even replied to me on weekends. It was an easy way to get into therapy for someone who's never done anything like this before. I truly believe she saved me.
