I'm someone who’s walked through some heavy storms—depression, work-related stress, breakups, loneliness after surgery, health challenges like PCOS, and the emotional journey of weight control. Life hasn't always been easy, but I’ve learned to keep going, and more importantly, to keep growing.
Despite the ups and downs, I’ve made the conscious choice to work hard and live with intention—and even joy. I’m currently studying biology, and I believe in the power of connection, empathy, and science in healing.
I’m here because I want to help others feel less alone. Whatever you're going through, I’m ready to listen without judgment. We don’t have to fix everything in a day—but together, we can take it one step at a time.
