My schedule is sporadic!
Online: I am right next to the computer and will reply immediately.
Busy: I'm away from the keyboard, and it may take me up to 10 minutes to reply.
Offline: I am not logged into 7 Cups and will not be replying in a timely manner.

I am disabled, queer, pagan, transgender, and I deal with a variety of mental illnesses, a few being DID, AuDHD, Borderline Personality Disorder, and depression and anxiety. I also deal with undiagnosed chronic illness that results in seizures and hypermobility. I understand how hard it is to deal with these issues, but remember: you're not alone, and it DOES get better.

What to expect from me during our conversation:
I listen compassionately, empathetically, and actively. My goal will always be, first and foremost, to make sure you feel safe, secure, and heard, because no one deserves to go through life alone. If only for a moment, I want mine to be a space where you feel free to set the load down for a bit with someone who cares. And, genuinely, I do care about you. You matter.
