Jessica Slash, LCSW

Clinical Social Work/Therapist

About

I have spent most my adult life working in human services, which has resulted in 17 years of experience working with people from all walks of life, each with their own unique story and experiences.

My approach provides a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental space for you to come to your own conclusions about how to live your best life, and I walk along side of you as you develop the insights and skills to overcome barriers to the life you desire. I root our work in evidence based interventions with a treatment plan tailored to your specific and individual needs.

Our work together may include processing and overcoming past traumas, coping with and understanding anxiety or depression, you may also need support in developing and maintaining meaningful and healthy relationships, or simply need support as you adjust to life's unexpected hurdles. No matter what your goal, I have a profound belief in your ability to overcome challenges, and move forward to live the life you desire and deserve.

Throughout my time in practice I have met with clients who have inspired me with their courage, strength, and resiliency as they continue to strive for the balance they seek in life. It is a blessing and gift to work with each person who trusts me on their life journey.

I look forward to working with you, and hope to be of service to you soon.
