My spine has deteriorated. I am an ambulatory wheelchair user. It’s difficult and life is completely changing.

...See more I’m new here and new to my chair. It’s been two months. I thought it wouldn’t hold me back, but I’ve finally encountered some barriers. Yesterday I took my daughter to the park. That did not go well. If anyone has advice or tips please let me know. I’m in a wheelchair due to spinal deterioration. I can not walk well and it hurts like no other whenever I try to. I think I just need emotional encouragement. Thank you for your time.
