...See more when i was younger i used to have nightmares about being stuck in or under something. and even when i was awake i would freak myself out just by thinking about it happening one day. i think that’s what started my path to addictions and distractions. i’m realizing that i probably never really faced that fear. or processed it. so i’m reaching out to see if anyone either has this fear and wants to talk about it or if anyone has any insights on dealing with this kind of thing.
