Joe has and is being amazing, he is a valuable member to the 7 cups community and I will honestly say I don't think I'll talk to another listener. Response time is lightning fast. And it's so easy to talk to him, it's like talking to an old friend. He's understanding and calming & made me feel more in control of myself when I thought I was losing it. I'm glad I found him and I highly recommend him as a listener - he's great!

Joe is either an experienced Listener or a natural. I haven't stalked him to find out because it doesn't matter. Everything I could say now would just be a reflection of my ratings, which I stand by.

If I was pressed the only things I could add are that he's also very accessible, perceptive, and asks damn good questions.

Five stars all through.
