...See more I feel my social anxiety is getting control over me. I struggle so much to walk into a room with people I work with. When I am around them I tense up and get hot and sweaty. I hear myself talk as if I am somebody else. Going to work just fills me with unbearable anxiety because of this. I feel as though everyone is watching my every move and thinking j am so uneasy and awkward. I am trapped in worrying what people think of me and not been able to just relax
