This is the besr listener that I've had on this site. I have done theraoy in real life and Jakub sounded like an experienced therapist at some points (ex: he asks you to identifynthe emotions that you are feeling, he asks you to voice the catastrophising scenarios that you imagine when you're anxious and provides logical arguments against them - similar to cognitive behaviour therapy etc.)
