...See more Hi, I'm new to 7 cups and I don't really know how to ask anyone for help. My names Jordan, I'm a 19 year old girl, I suffer from depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts. I have a few friends but help from family isn't really an option as relationships are very strained.
