...See more I recently found out I have A.D.D. In a way its a relief to know this because it explains a lot of my behavior in the past. Although, its still just as impossible as ever for me to try and find solutions for it. What are every ones strategies for lack of motivation, frustration, procrastination, and low self-esteem issues?. Thanks :)
