Fibromyalgia and chronic pain

...See more Hey there. I'm Josh, 29 and from the UK. I've joined this app as I feel I'm caught between a rock and a hard place. I work as a customer service consultant (currently from home what with coronavirus for a tech company and have done for over 2 and a half years. My mum has fibromyalgia/chronic pain and my stepdad is unemployed and has been for over 10 years because of his chronic back pain. Lately my mum's fibromyalgia has gotten worse over the last 3 years and they've had proper shouting and hostility towards each other and each other accusing each other of being lazy or not listening. Fortunately we do have a carer come in 4 times a week through the morning to afternoon and I've recently got my own apartment I am renting out but yet to move into but I am anxious and scared that when I move out they're going to split up and then they'll be on their own so I'm worried about what will happen to the home and my mum. This job is the first time I've ever really had a full time job but call centre work does mentally take a toll on you after a while but I feel directionless, scared, anxious, all the above and more. Anyways thanks for listening and any advice, help and support would be greatly appreciated.
