Bio
Hi, I’m Josh 👋
I’m here to listen.
I believe that having a safe, quiet space to share what’s on your mind can make a real difference in how we face life’s challenges. Sometimes, simply being heard and understood can be an important first step toward feeling a little lighter.
A little about me
I hold a BA in Psychology and I’m currently a graduate student pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology.
I also have a background in education and working with youth, and I’m a coach for balanced and healthy media use.
My perspective
I believe that emotional management is an important part of living a happier and more balanced life.
My role is to listen with genuine empathy and without judgment. I want to provide a space where you can talk openly, explore what you’re experiencing, and feel heard and understood—at your own pace.
Areas I’m familiar with
Emotional Management – I have a strong interest in understanding how we experience and process emotions, and I’m here to offer a compassionate listening ear.
ADHD – Having grown up with ADHD myself, I understand many of the challenges and unique experiences that can come with it.
Parenting & Family Life – As a father of five, I’m familiar with the joys, challenges, responsibilities, and everyday stresses of family life.
Stress Management – Balancing work, studies, and a large family has given me meaningful personal experience with managing stress and finding moments of calm in a busy life.
Youth & Education – My background in education and experience with young people has given me an appreciation for the challenges that children, teenagers, and young adults face.
A listening space—not advice
I’m not here to tell you what you should do or give professional therapy.
I’m here to walk alongside you, listen, and give you a safe space to express what’s on your mind.
Sometimes you don’t need someone to fix the problem—you just need someone willing to listen.
Feel free to reach out whenever you need a friendly ear.
