I’m struggling with depression, PTSD and an eating disorder. I don’t really have anyone around me that I can share with.. I just need some like minded help and be able to have an open and honest conversation with someone who understands and cares outside of my therapist.. I want to be part of a bigger knowledgeable community so I can both grow individually and help anyone else who is going through a burden similar to my own.
