 I’m Josie from Canada. I have a college education in social work and I’m going to start my last year of University. 

I am currently working with criminals, which leads me to work with a number of issues such as anxiety, emotions management, depression, etc. I also have personal experience in my past with these issues as well as suicidal ideation, bullying, grief, separation, etc. I’m now in a healthiest mental state and want people to know that they can survive, that there is something good after.

I’m open to discuss with you of everything in order to help you get better. I’m not a magician, but i’m gonna try my best for you!

Je me présente, Josie et je viens du Canada. J’ai des études collégiales en travail social et je vais commencer ma dernière année du baccalauréat.

Je travaille présentement comme intervenante auprès de personnes criminalisées, ce qui m’amène à travailler avec plusieurs problématiques comme l’anxiété, la gestion des émotions, la dépression, etc. J’ai aussi une expérience personnelle avec ces problématiques ainsi que les idées suicidaires, l’intimidation, le deuil, la séparation, etc.
