Whether your children have moved on, your spouse left or died, you lost your job, or you've lost some of your vim and vigor, I'm here to help rekindle the joy in your life. . I find my joy through walking in nature, gardening, cooking, listening to quiet music, meditating. I've experienced huge loss and have come through to the other side with renewed joy.
