Hello! I'm a trained active listener, and I'm really happy to be here. 😊  I welcome feedback and reviews so that I can learn from you how to improve, or if I'm doing a good job, or how you felt after our chat. ��
A few things about me:  I have worked for several crisis hotlines, my main area of involvement was talking on the phone to those with depression, social anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, and PTSD. I love to listen and connect. I like to meditate, participate in drum circles, and I'm into holistic health, mindfulness, and yoga.  I love animals, I have a dog and three cats. I  hope to connect with you and we both can learn and grow through the act of listening. I only take long-term members, so if you're interested in chatting once a week, let me know.
