Over all, makes the member who's sharing their personal problems to feel very comfortable and understood. She's definitely compassionate. I didn't give her a chance to relate about any similar experiences she may have had, but I'm sure if i didn't ramble on about my story, she would've also shared to make the "ventor" feel like they're not weak or defective for having gone through mental/emotional issues. No complaints, I would definitely chat with her again!

Jules is an example to 7Cups of the value of true care, empathy, and ... I don't know ... just being a genuine person. I had an awful awful listener earlier who treated my feelings with distain. I don't know what I would have done if Jules1232 had not been there. I most definitely and unreservedly recommend her as one of the better listeners on this site.
