I've been through a lot in my life -the good and the painful- and every day I work hard to grow from that to make sure that the bad doesn't define me. Everything I've experienced has made me want to spread kindness and care wherever I can. I want to help people, whether that's supporting them mentally or physically. I truly believe that everyone deserves to feel their best, to understand their emotions, and to fight for the life that they want. So I keep pushing myself so that I can be that someone who lifts others up.
