They listened well and said things like "you deserve better" and other affirmative positive language. If you are looking for a therapist, you should stay away from the free listeners on 7cups, they're here to listen not to give advice. but if what you need is a shoulder to lean on and to feel listened to, Julima23 really helped me more than I could have imagined
