Hey, I am Josh...I Came here in the hopes I would be able to find help or a form of coping better than what I have so far. I suffer from BPD (boarder line personality disorder) I can honestly say I have no idea who I am because of it. been there so long I can't recall a time I was with out it.

...See more Hey guys, will just get straight to over sharing I have BPD,Anxeity,depression. I have "quite BPD" was a term I read some where basically everything is directed inwards, until I explode tends to result in a massive argument over something minor but is just the straw that breaks the camels back. An I always get so confused because everything I want to say is right on the tip of my tounge & it trys to come out at once so my issues with the persons behavior gets lost in the moment. I can never properly expresse myself but tbh its likely for the best as I know I tend to over react & lash out I have knack for saying exactly what will hurt someone most when I get over whelmed & feel broken. It's the one thing I wish I could change about myself cause even if am in the right over the argument by the end of it I hate myself, An I am the one apoligising
