...See more How do you communicate effectively with your partner? I constantly feel like he just doesn’t hear me.. okay maybe he hears me, but I feel like he isn’t listening or understanding. This is such a HUGE problem in our relationship, because I don’t feel Like he’s listening and then I progressively escalate & he will escalate also which in exchange totally blows anything that we are talking about out of proportion. he constantly belittles my feelings and bipolar disorder telling me to pull my big girl panties up.. we have four kids and I need effective communication between us because I don’t want my children exposed to the arguments that come from us not being able to effectively communicate 😩
