...See more I keep having intrusive thoughts about a few specific times when I was a child until I was a teen. I was in a car accident and as far as I knew back then everything was fine with me even though I was unconscious back an forth for a while, the car rolled and I had to be taken to the hospital via helicopter. But there are memories from years before the accident that I keep questioning my interpretation of because I know I'm probably screwed up in the head anyway. It's like watching a movie from your childhood that you thought was totally innocent and realizing it was actually a messed up situation but you still feel like it's your fault. How do I know if it's not just in my head and that I'm interpreting it wrong because it's been so long?
