Bio
I hold a lower second Honours Degree of Science (BSc) in Pyschology with Counselling and am a member of the British Psychology Society and conduct all sessions using their code of ethics.I have also gained over a years work experience (and ongoing) working 1:1 with children in a school setting providing SEMH (social, emotional, mental health) sessions.
Currently I am also working around my own business as a childrens and young persons wellbeing practitioner.
PERSONAL
As a dedicated mother of two young children, I possess extensive insight into the challenges that young children may encounter. My eldest child experiences ADHD along with a language development delay, while my youngest is diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. These experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the mental health difficulties faced by young children.
My hobbies include painting, which brings me a deep sense of comfort and peace. I also enjoy socializing and paddleboarding.
