...See more hi im a 18 year old boy going through a hard time rn because of a relationship that lasted a year and a half Broke that me mentally and physically in short : we separated ways.  i understand that they have their pwn problems and thats okay i respect their decisions because just like my ex i have my own problems too that i dont want to say to them too but lately ive been feeling so down not because of out relationship going down but because of me i always blame myself for whats happening to me because this is the 3rd time they done this to me 3rd that they caused me pain, this isnt our first break up i would like to move on and get these negative voices out of my head i know that they are not healthy listen to i just want them to stop i want my old self back and myself that isnt full of stress, Regret, depression, and mostly i want my happiness back  i hope you have a good day or night to whoever took the time to read my rant thank you if you leave a suggestion on how to move on or how to focus on myself because im starting on my journey my selfcare journey  Thank you.
