Bio
Hi, I’m Kai.
I'm here because I know how emotional and mental pain can fill your life with struggles. And how it can freeze you completely. I also know how truly powerful it feels to be truly heard and supported.
For years, I lived through verbal, emotional, and physical abuse. I lived through the effects of undiagnosed CPTSD and ASD while navigating the pressures of school, university, and corporate work.
It took time and effort, but I’ve worked through these layers — not by ignoring them, but by learning, healing, and integrating.
When I began my recovery journey, I immersed myself in books on self-help, trauma theory, CBT, Schema therapy, and psychoanalysis. That knowledge helped me not only survive but grow — and eventually support others around me.
Since then, I have helped many friends and even several relatives, who went through similar struggles as I did. I gave them something I know I desperately needed myself back then — validation of their emotions and feelings, unconditional support, a friend.
I’ve been there for friends in the LGBTQ+ community during some of their hardest times, and I continue to stand beside them with understanding, care, and love.
Professionally, I taught technical sciences and always made sure my students didn’t just absorb information but felt energized and valued in the process. I incorporated modern teaching methods and memory techniques to make learning enjoyable and effective.
I'm volunteering to offer the kind of support I once needed myself. I walked the road, and now I want to help others. And do so in a caring, informed, and compassionate way.
If I can help someone here, at least not to feel lonely on their journey, then I'm in the right place.
