A very good listener and gives good advice
I don't know about anyone else, but I have never felt this at ease since a long time. They were so different from those who play the God's role in my life with the "perfect" solutions, advices, and what I should and shouldn't do. I only needed someone to hear me out in this darkness, and Nour did it so smoothly. My life won't be glittery and amazing yeah, but at least I needed that sunshine ray to feel warm in my loneliness again. Truly a sweet creature. 10/10

At first I was quite intimidated with how professional they are😅 but truly they turned out to be more than that!
