I am a 37 y/o woman, married for 19 years and I have 2 teens.
I have been diagnosed with severe anxiety and panic disorder along with OCD, arachnophobia.
Meds don’t help much and I go into sensory overload only 2-3 times a day now which throw me into a panic attack. I don’t like to be around people and don’t think people like to be around me.
