How To Find The Right Listeners? (Bad Social Anxiety)

...See more I have a rather comples issue that I had been facing for the past few months and don't want to go at it alone, and when I found 7 Cups, I knew it was perfect for me as unlike most help sites, it's easier to connect with someone, you can reconnect with your listener, and you can get multiple points of view. However, ever since I joined I relied on "connect now" to connect me to a listner because I have such bad social anxiety I'm often afraid I'll annoy someone by requesting them, and not just being connected from the que. I have found some good listeners this way, but it can be a hit or miss, due to the randomness. So I am wondering, how can I find the best listeners for me, without relying on connect now and crossing my fingers? Or feeling as if I am bothering somebody?

...See more A few months ago things just went crazy for me and I needed a way I could sort it out constructively. The only help site I knew about was TheHopeLine and it didn't always seem to help too much... the waiting times were just too long for me, to sometimes get cut off before I could say anything. Sometimes it seemed a bit generic as well, as these people, while doing something amazing, had a ton of people to get through. This isn't to say it's terrible, but it may not be for everyone. Wanting another option I did a google search, though I forgot the exact search.. and found 7cups. It was pretty much a dream come true as not only could you talk to many differant listeners and get multiple points of veiw, which can really help to better sort things out, but you can also reconnect with the same listener again. :)
