...See more Hello my name is Kriston and I have b2d and extreme self doubt. I started self harming when I was 12 and when ever I was annoying, weird or disappointed someone I would either starve myself for 2 days or cut myself 5 times. I'm currently 15 and I still self harm sometimes but I'm trying to quit and I wanted to join 7 cups to get and feel supported :)
