I am passionate about helping people discover their ability to take control of and change their lives. We often go through our lives seeking approval from others and perfection from ourselves. I want to help you change that. I have been helping men and women suffering with low confidence, codependency, approval seeking, and anxiety related issues for over 5 years. If you feel that you are having difficulty with these issues, there is a way out!
I specialize in assisting those who belong to the LGBT community. I have worked with people who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, and.or transgender. I know that belonging to this community can come with its own type of loneliness. If you are having difficulty finding yourself, let me help you!
