...See more I don't know how to stop picking my skin on a daily basis, i'm under constant stress all the time, i'vs basically done this to the point where my forhead doesn't even look recognizable, looks more lime a sponge with holes. This has been going on for years due to my anxiousness. And idk how to really stop, its either skin picking or eating my nails.
