Hey, good on you for looking for someone to chat to. I have many years of personal experience managing depression and anxiety and living with/helping friends through similar issues. Yoga and mindfulness as well as good food and physical health in general are essential factors to me staying well. I appreciate the opportunity to help you work through your difficult thought processes.
My academic background is in neuroscience and psychology. I am super happy to talk science but I'm absolutely not a clinpsych or doctor please seek proffessionals if you need proffessional advice.
