She's always there for you. No matter how severe your problems are, she will always drop everything to make sure you feel like you are being heard. Katy will make sure to respond back pretty much right away most of the time, which is great whenever you just desperately need someone to talk to. The best part about Katy is that she doesn't just listen- she tries to understand. She tries to provide advice and guidance in any way she can.
