...See more Hey everyone. My name is Kenna and im 20 years old. I have struggled with body issues for as long as i can remember. Ive never been officially diagnosed with an eating disorder, but im coming to the realization that i might have one. I am very fixated on my weight and the numbers on the scale. I am barely eating anything during the day, maybe a couple hundred calories. I dont know what the patterns are that people with eating disorders have. I know self diagnosing isnt good but im just confused. I havent told anyone in my life about this or that im struggling. No one knows except yall now. I hope to hear your stories and what you think of mine. I need all the support i can get.
