My name is Kerry my friends call me Kerraany or Kezza quiet often so we will go with that :)
I'm from the UK I enjoy singing and dancing, my favorite film of all time is the fault in our stars by john green the book is just as awesome I adore john green and his amazingtastic Quotes too!

I have a big natural passion for encouraging and sharing tons of love and care to all the people I ever meet its one thing I greatly admire about myself even maybe just a little thing it matters :)
I love going out for long walks with my friends or going out nightclubbing enjoying life I am such an unsociable person at heart offline I prefer to be alone most often I enjoy my own company I tend to be my own best friend I know I can rely on myself for anything and not let myself down... I'm a kind loving genuine person that loves connecting with people here on 7 cups its a great place!
I enjoy watching crime UK documentary's its really interesting!!

What do you do when your signed off from work for depression?

...See more So for a long time I have suffered with depression but managed it rather well to the point it never effected my life at work but over the last 4 weeks its got worse and worse to the point I cant function proberly lack alot of energy and cant physically move most of the time with extreme headaches and those awful thoughts its been effecting my job I work as a checkout operator so work around customers alot but because of my depression I have felt quiet angry and frustrated at them when they need me I also find that my performance at work as dropped. I went to see my gp that could clearly see I wasnt well and needed to indeed take some off to get my self better so he recommended I take two weeks off and wrote me a fit note out for work, which I took to work, when I handed it into my manager she was shocked because she didnt know I was depressed and because 2 weeks ago I had agreed to overtime for this week so she couldnt understand why I agreed to do overtime if all im going to do is go sick for depression. I explained that I have been depressed a long time that its only just recently started getting worse. Im unsure what should I be using this time for does anyone have any ideas as to what i should be doing? I am rather scared and anxious about going back to work now because they know i have depression I have kept it well hidden for a long time now that I cant go on pretending that everything is okay when it isnt does anyone have any ideas as what I can do to feel less anxious about going back? thank you for your time...

...See more So back in 2013 I met this guy that I had being working with for quiet a while, we became really great friends but unknown to him I started getting feelings for him We started hanging out going out for regular visits to costa for coffees and going to the cinema's until eventally he asked me out on a nice romantic date which was amazing this was around So Argust 2014 when we started a relationship, things was going great He was my best friend and my soul mate I loved him with all my heart I really adored him we would spend lots of time together doing things we enjoyed having a laugh we would act like a pair of kids (it was just so fun) I loved his company. In june 2015 He proposed to me we was talking about getting married & having kids. I was so happy I couldnt of being anymore happier. from argust 2014 to september 2015 we had being on 3 holidays together it was amazing was a fantastic experience but when we came off our holiday in september something changed he changed I couldnt put my finger on it what about him changed, little did I know that in October 2015 He broke off our relationship after a year and 3 months, he just said it was over that was it. I couldnt understand why he had ended it he never give me a explanation all I could think about what that He kept telling me how much he loved me I mean I helped him espically when he lost his job & he was having trouble with his family I was the only one there for him while he was going through it I would also think about all the great months we had and had to think of what went wrong but nothing stood out to me as far as I knew we was both happy, then finally weeks after I found out that, he was stealing from his family and he blamed me for it he ended our relationship to make it look convincing that it was me to his family. It hurt so much I loved him and I felt like it was a kick in the teeth like I had done something wrong when deep down I knew I hadnt we havent spoke since Its been a really hard few months I am moving on but all these feelings are still there cant seem to get over what he did to me I still love him I miss the person he used to be the person I first met I believed he was my everything my bestfriend and soul mate!
